Coeliac disease and food intolerances
The restaurant offers a vast selection of gluten-free dishes and dishes for other food intolerances. Specially designed menus for specific and ‘processed’ products according to the instructions of our Chef de Cuisine (Gluten-Free Course Certified).
On a regular basis, personalised cookery courses are held in three languages (also for small groups), with practical lessons where you quickly get to grips with the hobs.
