Return policy

Please fill in all fields of the form below to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Before submitting your return request, please note that, in accordance with our Terms of Sale and applicable regulations, items for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you notified us of your intention to return them, in compliance with the stipulated conditions.

To enable us to handle your request as quickly and efficiently as possible, please indicate the following in the “Message” field:

• the items you wish to return and the corresponding quantities;
• the reason for the return request (optional, but helpful for improving our service);
• any additional information that may facilitate the handling of the case.

If the refund is to be made via bank transfer, please also provide the IBAN and the account holder’s name (if different from the person who placed the order) to expedite the refund process.

Once the request is received, our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary instructions to correctly complete the return process.
