How to book
To make a reservation, simply send a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. Bookings are accepted without a deposit, and cancellations are free of charge. Hotel Columbia will send a reconfirmation email. Payment is due at check-in.
Children in the spa
Children may only access the spa when accompanied by their parents. The use of inflatables is prohibited (though armbands are permitted), and diving is not allowed. Active supervision is required: constant eye contact and close proximity must be maintained. Swim caps are mandatory for all children and youths under the age of 16.

Since all our rooms are different from each other, it is possible to stay in rooms with colors, fabrics, furniture, or size that differ from the photos displayed elsewhere, unless the style is indicated.

All the “menu of the day” options are based on the availability of fresh produce, which we purchase daily from our local suppliers or farmers.
The menus are prepared the day before and generally we offer fish, meat, and both vegetarian and vegan dishes.

A11 Florence-Pisa Nord motorway, Montecatini Terme exit.
After the toll booth, take the first right and then immediately left towards the Stadio Ippodromo. Continue straight; this is the ring road that takes you to the Stadio-Ippodromo area. Continue straight; after the stadium, you’ll find a traffic light; turn right at Corso Roma, 19. We are at the end of the street; here you’ll find the Hotel Columbia & Spa.
Train: Get off at the “Montecatini Centro” station and walk about 600 meters.
ZTL
The hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but all our guests can enter, reach the hotel with their own cars, unload their luggage and decide whether to park with us or elsewhere.
Upon your arrival, at check-in, you will provide us with your license plate number in writing on the notification form, which we will enter online into the access control management program.
How to park
It is advisable to reserve parking.
Our parking has an additional cost of €15.00 per night per car. In addition to our own parking, there are paid parking lots (blue lines) in the immediate vicinity; free parking is available near the stadium, about 1 km from the hotel.
