To make a reservation, simply send a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. Bookings are accepted without a deposit, and cancellations are free of charge. Hotel Columbia will send a reconfirmation email. Payment is due at check-in.

Children may only access the spa when accompanied by their parents. The use of inflatables is prohibited (though armbands are permitted), and diving is not allowed. Active supervision is required: constant eye contact and close proximity must be maintained. Swim caps are mandatory for all children and youths under the age of 16.

How do the wellness center courses take place?
Unlimited hours (in the Basic, Relax and Hydro packages) every day respecting the opening and closing times of the wellness center and check-in/out
In Smart packages as reported in the package contents
It is possible to access the spa (in the Basic, Relax and Hydro packages) even on the day of departure by using the changing rooms of the wellness center or using the late check-out (for a fee)
We enter the treatment times the day before arrival.
Upon your arrival, once you have checked in, you will be welcomed by one of our wellness center staff, who will give you all the information and opening times of both the center and the hotel.
Ours is also a family hotel and children can access the SPA

Since all our rooms are different from each other, it is possible to stay, unless the style is indicated, in rooms with colors, fabrics, furniture, or size different from the photos viewed and presented everywhere.
ZTL
The hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but all our guests can enter, reach the hotel with their own cars, unload their luggage and decide whether to park with us or elsewhere.
Upon your arrival, at the time of check-in, you will enter your license plate on the access control management portal of the Municipality of Montecatini Terme
How to park
It is advisable to reserve parking.
Our parking has an extra cost of €20.00 per night per car. In addition to our own parking lots, there are paid parking lots (blue lines) in the immediate vicinity; in the stadium area (not on Thursday mornings), about 1 km from the hotel, you can park for free.
